After breakfast, head out southwest along the Atlantic coast with its rugged coastline. The journey connects you with the sophisticated suburbs of Sea Point and Camps Bay and the numerous fishing villages such as Hout Bay where you could take a boat trip to Seal Island and see the Cape fur seal as they dart around, always on the lookout for the Great White shark looming. Make your way back through Simon’s Town, with the option to visit the penguin colony of Boulders Beach, then pass the maritime village of Fish Hoek.

Make your way to the beautiful Paarl valley, to one of the local estates for a special wine tasting and tour of the cellar facilities.
From Paarl, travel to the village of Franschhoek near the Drakenstein Mountains, founded by the Huguenots. A beautiful settlement that retains the beautiful Cape Dutch architecture. Stroll along the streets and take in the history and grab a bite to eat from the local restaurants
Finally, to Stellenbosch, South Africa’s oldest colonial town after Cape Town. It was founded by Simon van der Stel, governor of the Dutch East India Company. From 18th-century Cape Dutch architecture to the impressive old oak trees, Stellenbosch’s famous wine tasting is an idyllic experience to end the day.

Arriving into Skukuza by plane from Cape Town you will be transferred by road to Tshokwane River Camp situated in the Greater Kruger area. Depending on arrival time, light lunch, and an opportunity to embark on an afternoon game drive in pursuit of wildlife, including the Big Five, with the drives typically lasting three and a half to four hours, featuring a break to admire the breathtaking sunset before returning to camp for a delicious meal beneath the African sky in the early evening.
