Transfers: From Cape Town International you will fly to Skukuza Domestic Airport located in the Kruger National Park. You will be met by a representative to whisk you off on your safari adventure hosted at luxurious Mdluli Safari Lodge. Your 1 1⁄2 journey through the Park to the Mdluli Lodge is a game drive on its own. You will experience the beauty of what Africa and its wildlife has on offer as you make you way to the camp 

Mdluli Lodge: On arrival at Mdluli you will be warmly welcomed by the team, have time to check-in and settle in, take in the beauty of the place and your luxury accommodation with its oversized patio looking out into the wilderness. Make your way to the main lodge and take advantage of all the amenities the lodge has to offer, like a drink on the deck or a refreshing dip in the affinity pool as you watch the elephant wander past. 

Sunset Game Drive: You will be heading out for your first 3 hour sunset game drive that includes a sunset drink. This game drive takes you inside the Kruger National Park, on Mdluli’s private roads on the lodge's purpose-built safari vehicle. Accompanied by your experienced Mdluli Game Ranger who is there to offer a wealth of knowledge about the behavior, habitats, and conservation status of various species of animals and plants in the region. You will not be disappointed. 

Dinner: On the return from your amazing sunset game drive you will have time to freshen up and head off to dinner where you will be transported on a journey into true African outdoor cuisine. Then relax around the campfire with a drink before heading to bed.

Morning Game Drive: Typically, the day would start off with an early morning wake-up and coffee with a light snack before heading out on  the early morning game drive at 6am until 9am. Morning brings out a different game viewing experience as the night owls retreat and the early rises begin the day on the plains of the Kruger. 

Breakfast and Amani Spa Experience: Returning to the Lodge by mid-morning for a well-deserved breakfast. Between drives you can relax and cool off in the infinity pool with a cocktail in hand as you soak up the view and wildlife as they wander past. 

Enjoy a rejuvenating ‘Amani Spa Experience’ which is the perfect complement to the serenity of your surroundings. Treat yourself or share in a couple’s massage in the comfort and privacy of your luxury tent. Close your eyes and take in the sounds and smells of the bush, while being pampered at the hands of  the best trained therapist.

Retire to the  privacy of your luxury tent and sit on the patio enjoying the views on offer or even doze off on the luxurious bed readying yourself for wants instore on your next game drive.

Sunset Game Drive: Your afternoon game drive starts at 4pm until 7pm. You will all muster at the collection point where you will embark on a game drives are tailored to give you exceptional opportunities of seeing the Big 5 species (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo and elephant), including the wild dog, cheetah, hyena, and hippos to name a few and of course over 500 bird species. You will  have the luxury of experiencing the drive on Mdluli’s  private roads and tracks and even go off track deep into the bush to spot that elusive leopard.

Tour: After a scrumptious breakfast you will be met at the lodge in an air-conditioned vehicle to take you on a very different experience. The Panorama tour route offers you spectacular views of the iconic landmarks of God’s Window, Three Rondawel, the famous Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and the Blyde River Canyon. All showcasing remarkable and spectacular canyons, rock formation and waterfalls. Lunch is en-route (own account) and, if time permits, browse the many curio stalls and shops in this little village. South of Graskop, where the Sabie River rises, there are many beautiful waterfalls which we will visit whilst making our way back to Angels View. 

You will arrive back at Mdluli Lodge  in the late afternoon where you can freshen up, relax before you next adventure

Sundowners Experience ‘Granite Rock’ and Dinner: heading off into the bush for a unique experience on Granite Rock that overlooks the bushveld.  Enjoy a drink as you take in the vista, sounds and sights of the wild and watch the sunset over the bush. An experience that will remain with you forever. You will then head off to dinner where you will experience Africa in all her glory with a sensory safari feast cooked on the flames in our moonlit open-sky boma on the bushveld or dinner under the stars.

Morning Game Drive: Another early morning wake-up and coffee with a light snack before heading out on  the early morning game drive at 6am until 9am. 

Breakfast Lunch and Relax: Returning to the Lodge by mid-morning, head off to another well-deserved breakfast where you recount the events of the morning drive at your leisure. The rest of the day is all yours to enjoy all the wonderful amenities the Lodge has to offer. 

Share a drink before lunch at the bar taking in the views and serenity. Wandering around the lodge you can visit the Boutique Store which has Mdluli’s collection carefully curated and presented for you to browse all things safari chic and bush essentials. 

Enjoy your lunch before preparing for the event filled afternoon game drive 

Afternoon Game Drive: The afternoon game drive will head off at 4pm and return at 7pm. Relax enjoying the magnificent view from the lodge deck one last time before you will be transferred to Airport for your flight back to Cape Town to make your way back to your other home.
